Notice is hereby given that General Election will be held in the City of Highland Park on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. The polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the following locations:

Pursuant to the passage of Proposal 2022-02 and approval by the Highland Park City Council, all qualified Highland Park electors now have the right to vote in person at an early voting site. Early voting is held nine straight days prior to election day.

The 9-day period of early voting for the November 5, 2024, General Election is Saturday, October 26th - Sunday, November 3rd. The hours each day are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
An Absentee Ballot Application is available for all elections. Requests to have an absent voter ballot MAILED to you must be received no later than 5 p.m. Friday, November 1, 2024. Registered electors may obtain an absentee ballot IN-PERSON at the City Clerk’s office until 4:00 p.m. on Monday, November 4, 2024.
The Clerk’s office will be open on Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for the purpose of issuing and receiving AV Ballots.
To comply with the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), voting instructions will be available in audio format and in Braille. Arrangements for obtaining the instructions in these alternative formats can be made by contacting the Highland Park City Clerk’s office in advance of the election. All polling locations are accessible for voters with disabilities.
