For the safety of our customers and staff, we request everyone wear a mask and the lobby is limited to 4 customers at a time. Social distancing protocols are in place so please maintain a 6 foot distance. For convenience, we encourage our customers to continue to utilize our online payment system or the drop box (no cash please) to make payments.

Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE)The City of Highland Park is mandated to provide the public with various forms of information regarding lead and the potential impacts to the drinking water.
Highland Park Water Department mailed letters to every home that is suspected to have a lead service line. A copy of the letter can be found here. If you did not receive a letter, you can search for your address here to see what material your service line is made of. If you think you should have received a letter stating that you have a lead service line, please call the Highland Park Water Department Customer Service Center at 313-865-1876.
