Announcing the newly renovated and restored Community Recreation Center! The Ernest T. Ford Recreation Center has been completely renovated and reopened in February 2008.

Located at 10 Pitkin Street, the center features Pool Tables, TV sets, Exercise Equipment, Table Games and a Basketball Court. The facility is available for
basketball leagues, meetings and parties.

Fees (usage based):
Residents can rent space for free to nominal fee; non-residents can request space
for $25 - $100 per hour.

Regular schedule:
Open Gym 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
Seniors 9:30 am - 7:00 pm

Reggie McKenzie Field is currently being restored and is available for use.

Co-Ed Flag Football League

Grades: 3rd & 4th, 5th & 6th and 7th & 8th Leagues
 
Game Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:30 pm. Games will be played at Reggie McKenzie Field
 
Entry Fee: $75.00 per team.
 
TEAMS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE WELCOME
 
Roster Limit: 12 players per team
 
Game Structure: Two 10 minute halves. 7 v 7 must have 6 to start. Ten minute grace period for first game.
 
Required Equipment: Mouth pieces and team t-shirts, (rubber cleats optional). Highland Park will provide Belts, Flags and Pinnies.
 
Awards: 1st place individual and team trophies, 2nd place medals and team trophy for each division.
 
Spectators: Each team will be responsible for their spectator’s behavior, unruly fans will result in team forfeit.
