Dear Complainant,

It is essential that the relationship between the police and the public is built on confidence and trust. Your confidence in the integrity of the City of Highland Park Police or Fire Department and its staff is a matter of extreme importance. As a result, public safety at all levels within the Department are responsible for their conduct when interacting with citizens of our community.

Please use this form if you wish to file an online Citizen's Complaint regarding a Highland Park staff member.
