Developer Intake Form Developers interested in purchasing and/or developing City owned land/property are to complete and return the Developer Intake form and include all the required documents per the instructions.
Sign Permit Application Review & Approval must be granted by the City prior to the erection of any sign in the City of Highland Park. For review and approval please complete and submit the Sign Application to the Department of Community & Economic Development.
Site Plan Review Application Review & Approval for any new construction and/or certain renovations must be granted by the City. For site plan approval complete and submit a Site Plan application to the department of Community & Economic Development and include all the required documents per the instructions. Please note that all new Site Plans must be reviewed and approved by the Planning Commission (see Committees for meeting times). Request and applications to be added to the Planning Commission agenda must be received at least 10 business days prior to the next meeting date.
